Ruairidh

Hi, I’m Ruairidh! I’m 22 and currently studying for the Legal Practice Course having graduated from St Edmund Hall, Oxford where I studied law. Before Oxford, I studied Biology, Chemistry and Economics at A-Level receiving 3A*s.

I have experience tutoring students up to age 18 across a broad range of subject, skill and admissions based areas. Studying law at university after focusing on the sciences and economics at school has given me a really broad educational background which allows me to understand and engage with the interests of students who undoubtedly learn best in response to enthusiasm and making learning enjoyable and exciting.

My favourite thing about tutoring is seeing students progress and develop new skills as well as promoting a passion for learning which is often harder to cultivate in a large classroom environment.  Away from academics, I love playing and watching rugby, cricket and pretty much any sport I can get involved in!
