Hi, I’m Nadia and I hold a degree from Oxford in Arabic with Hindi/Urdu. I am originally Egyptian so I grew up speaking Arabic at home but decided to pursue my passion of studying Arabic at a higher level at university.

I have years of experience tutoring aspiring Arabists of all ages, from 5 year olds to adults! I know Arabic is a tough language to learn, but having studied languages at University I have a number of handy tricks to help my tutees learn.

My tutoring style is based in building up a student’s confidence and comfort with the language before progressing onto harder material. I always try to incorporate creative activities and speaking exercises into my lessons, focussing on vocab that relates to real life. The tools and exercises I give my students are applicable when learning any language, and are guaranteed to help with revision and memory in all subject areas! I am always available to answer any questions or discuss the experience of pursuing a degrees in Asian & Middle Eastern Languages!
