Hello my name is Ellie and I have just graduated from Oxford where I studied Biochemistry. I took Chemistry, Biology, Maths and History and A-Level and achieved A* in all, as well as getting an A in AS Further Maths. 

I have had a lot of experience teaching students of all ages. I have tutored extensively for GCSE and A level Biology, Chemistry and Maths and can provide references on request. On top of that, I have worked at an all girls prep school in South Kensington and love to teach students of all different ages. It is always brilliant to adapt my teaching methods to ensure that the students are able to progress and gain confidence. This was a particular challenge when I taught male monks in Nepal and this involved having to come up with unique teaching tools and lesson plans!

Personally I have always been a concept learner and think making sure my students understand the wider principles at work is really important for ensuring interest, and ability to apply and form questions. Simply regurgitating work is not going to stimulate genuine interest!
