Christina
Hi, I’m Christina! I am currently a second year student at the University of Oxford where I study French and Italian. At A-Level I studied French (A*), Italian (A*) and English Literature (A*). Last year I was awarded an exhibition by Jesus College for academic excellence. In September, I am going on my year abroad where I will be teaching at a primary school in Northern Italy, before interning for Veuve Clicquot in Paris.
I pride myself in being able to create a good atmosphere with my tutees, in which they feel comfortable and enjoy learning, while delivering great results. I believe I can give students of all levels the confidence and skill set they need to succeed. I am prepared to tailor lessons to all types of tutees, whether that might be tackling new areas of a syllabus, studying for assessments or simply trying a new language! I find tutoring a very rewarding experience and the best way to pass on my enthusiasm for learning.
Alongside my degree, I also like to play sports, read and listen to music! At school I directed and acted in several theatre productions and I still remain very interested in the performing arts.
